At KTS, we are passionate about integrating psychological theories and concepts into the workplace. In today's corporate environment, employees must have not only knowledge and skills within their field of expertise, but also resilience, emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and communication skills. It is the responsibility of people leaders to model and foster these behaviours within their teams. Why KTS?
Sam and Steph have over 30 years of experience in the field of psychology, teaching and facilitating workshops. They are also qualified counsellors and restorative justice practitioners.
Their extensive experience in delivering workshops to a range of audiences has enabled them to develop the skills and knowledge to provide flexibility within their delivery. This means they respond to the interests and needs of the audience in front of them rather than being confined to prescribed content. Additionally, the audience may highlight specific directions they would like to go in during any session, and rather like Mary Poppins, they have a bag of tricks and activities to ensure that the theory and skills covered in the sessions are embedded and easily applied outside the workshops.
At KTS, we collaborate with you during the design process to understand your organisation's situation and requirements and to produce high-impact workshops. Your workshop facilitator will help you manage the project from beginning to end, and use resources to reinforce the content.
