Your initial consultation session is free and confidential, and it is run by one of our counsellors. It is a 10 - 15-minute call to ensure that you are happy with our processes, gather some information about your reason for seeking counselling and connect you to a counsellor who can best support you. Please select an appointment below, choose a time that suits you, and your assigned counsellor will be discussed during your initial appointment.
