Free Initial Phone Consultation

Service Description

Your initial consultation session is free. It is a 10 - 15 minute call to check that you are happy with our processes and connect you to a counsellor who can best support you. Please select an appointment below, choose a time that suits you, and your assigned counsellor will be discussed during your initial appointment.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please allow 24 hours. Any sessions cancelled with less than 24 notice will be charged in full.
