I’m in my second year of a Bachelor of Counselling and Addiction Practice and working toward professional registration in New Zealand. I also hold a Certificate in Counselling and Coaching at the Academy for Coaching and Counselling in the Netherlands. Alongside formal training, I bring a wealth of life experience, including parenting children with ADHD and rebuilding life after separation. My approach is client-centred and holistic, helping people reconnect with themselves and find practical solutions that truly work for them. I am passionate about supporting people to grow through life’s difficult challenges and to move forward with optimism.
