I can offer you a collaborative talk-based approach that is safe and non-judgmental where we can explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. My aim as a therapist is to help and inspire you to identify challenges, gain insight and clarity to set new goals and develop coping strategies.
My therapeutic approach is enriched in active listening, empathy and understanding. I can support you to move closer toward living a life in alignment with your true values.
My methodologies include person-centered therapy, CBT, solution-focused therapy and narrative therapy, but my approach is flexible and I can blend a range of approaches to suit your unique needs and goals.
I believe that seeking help is a courageous first step and I am here to walk alongside you on your journey.
