Kōwhai Wellbeing Group has partnered with your organisation to offer workplace supervision. Supervision is protected, confidential time to step back and reflect on your work. It sits somewhere between counselling and coaching, a space to explore the workplace challenges you're navigating, think through difficult situations, and look after your own wellbeing while you support everyone else. It's not performance management, and it's not therapy. It's a regular, trusted conversation that helps you stay clear-headed, resilient, and effective in a demanding role. All conversations remain confidential.
